I do not even know which superb fact to start from. Every single thing about my trip was phenomenal, from planning to executing. She made sure we were well taken care of, checked in with us regularly, provided us with all requirements for our journey, if it was up to her we wouldn't do 1 single thing how she wanted to take care of everything. She reminded us to check in for our flight, did all itinerary and e-ticket (which I didn't even know I needed) 😂, it's me at the airport with the rep asking me to show other traveller's what it looked like because they didn't have 1 😂. The service was top tier, exceptional. There is no room for improvement tbh. Hands down, 1 of the best in the industry, someone who shows what customer service is supposed to be like. I definitely will be using her for future vacay plans. Keep up the great work 👍 👏

I have to say this is the best booking agent I ever met. Met several who came with hidden prices after trying to book with them but SML Vacations work with me they source the best for my budget. I was shown different options also. Best thing about SML Vacation is communication all the way. They communicate with me from booking to departure from jamaica and arrival back in Jamaica. They also checked on me whilst on vacation. Any questions I had, and asked I always get a quick and accurate response, all information was emailed to me and SML ensure I get reminders via wattsapp. I never knew I could find a booking agent who was there every step of the way. I felt safe and like I was family. Thank you SmL vacation for such amazing experience and for being there every step of the way.
